The Town of Humber Arm South Municipal Plan establishes guidelines for the future development of the municipality by setting out a 10-year land-use strategy. This Humber Arm South Municipal Plan 2011, replaces the Community of Halfway Point, Benoit’s Cove, John’s Beach Municipal Plan 1989 – 1999.
